Position Overview: Jeremiah Counseling is seeking a Part-Time administrative assistant to add to our administrative team. The administrative assistant will work 15 hours a week, supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, billing, marketing, client, and staff support.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage intake calls and initial consultations: (respond to phone, email inquiries and answer practice -related questions).
· Get to know the therapists and coordinating with them on filling their schedules
· Schedule clients with appropriate therapist using Simple Practice EHR (Electronic Health Record)
· Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
· Provide billing support by sending out invoices and rectifying past due invoices from organizations that support our clients, retrieving updated forms of payment from clients, setting up superbills is EHR for clients
· Provide support to therapists by scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling appointments; sending out forms via EHR
· Provide assistance in marketing, networking, building referral partnerships
· Assume responsibility of office supplies inventory and ordering when low.
· Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
· Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Jeremiah Counseling.
· Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
· Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Align with Jeremiah Counseling’s mission, vision, and values.
· Experience working with an electronic health record or other online scheduling systems
· Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting or any other work environment that requires confidentiality/adherence to HIPAA
· Experience working with Microsoft Office-Word and Excel, Quick books
· Is a fast learner when it comes to online/computer programs
· Must be punctual in reporting to work.
· Be organized and detail oriented.
· Be a team player.
· Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
· Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have an associates degree or higher

Pay: $20.00 per hour
