About the Role

NEIRA is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our small, collaborative team. This hands-on role includes phone coverage, administrative support, bookkeeping tasks, and day-to-day office operations. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Bookkeeping

·      Manage accounts receivable/payable, reporting, and collections

·      Oversee gift card sales, redemptions, and recordkeeping

Gift Card Program & Customer Support

·      Process orders and respond to customer inquiries

·      Handle phone and email communication related to orders

Administrative & Team Support

·      Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team

·      Maintain member, board, and committee records

Events & Programs

·      Assist with planning and execution of events, including the annual conference

·      Support registration and onsite logistics

Office & Foundation Support

·      Manage office supplies and event materials

·      Support educational foundation initiatives, including auction and scholarship efforts

What We're Looking for

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

·      Experience with administrative support and/or bookkeeping

·      Comfortable with customer service (phone and email)

·      Positive, team-oriented mindset
