Rockin S Truckin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team! This position will provide administrative and compliance support, including assistance with maintaining and organizing commercial driver qualification files, along with other recordkeeping and compliance duties. The ideal candidate has top-notch organization skills, can ensure accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems. Must be able to keep track of several different duties in various levels of processing.
Previous experience in a role involving office administration in the trucking or transportation industry is highly desirable.
The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
Punctuality and reliability is a must. NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:
●Manage driver qualification files, including monitoring and maintaining monthly/ quarterly or annual expiring documents
● Create and manage fleet maintenance files, including monitoring and updating monthly/ quarterly or annual expiring documents
● Assist with compliance reporting
● Assist with confidential documentation/recordkeeping
● Assist with billing and filing as needed.
Qualifications:
● College education or extensive experience in administrative field.
● Previous DOT/ experience preferred but not required
● Must be very organized and capable of multitasking successfully
● Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets and Docs
● Must be a team player
● Clean background and drug screen
● Strong communication skills

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
