Administrative Assistant (Compliance Support)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Compliance in a fast-paced, growing healthcare organization. This is not your typical admin role, this position plays a key role in keeping operations organized, deadlines met, and leadership on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Track reports, logs, and Excel based systems
- Assist with internal audits and compliance tracking (training provided)
- Follow up on tasks to ensure completion
- Coordinate across departments and support leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and follow through skills
- Professional communication and accountability
Qualifications
- 1–3 years administrative experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Data entry and record keeping experience required
- Healthcare, compliance, or auditing experience is a plus (not required)
