We are currently seeking for a detail oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our Headquarters in Kifisia!

Main Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Direct and transfer calls to the appropriate departments
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
  • Greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception environment
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Prepare and organize event folders, ensuring all required documents and materials are complete and accurate
  • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for event documentation
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Qualifications:

  • BSc in any field will be highly appreciated
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role for at least 1 year
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail (especially for event folder preparation)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
