We are currently seeking for a detail oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our Headquarters in Kifisia!

Main Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct and transfer calls to the appropriate departments
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
- Greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception environment
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Prepare and organize event folders, ensuring all required documents and materials are complete and accurate
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for event documentation
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Qualifications:
- BSc in any field will be highly appreciated
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role for at least 1 year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail (especially for event folder preparation)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
