Position Summary:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to one (or more) people within specified project or office.

Responsibilities:

Handles incoming and outgoing mail, conference room calendar, office equipment and supplies
Document Control
Process Contracts/Purchases orders
Prepare and keep logs for contracts/purchase orders
Assist with Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll
Handles incoming and outgoing mail, supplies, office equipment
Assist in preparing and coordinating documents, presentations, etc
Type a variety of documents (may be highly confidential)
Coordinate and process general administrative work (timesheets, accounts payable, purchase orders, etc)
Perform additional assignments per managements direction
Data Entry
Assist with OFCCP & 16 Step Compliance
Review Insurance Certificates and Log

Requirements:

Office administration required
Construction office experience or equivalent
Light accounting
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.
Punctual and dependable.
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
Excellent verbal, communication and organizational skills are a must.
Understanding of the Industrial, Civil and Mechanical construction industry would be a plus

Salary: $50K-$70K (DOE)
