Please Note: This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain organized files, records, and internal databases
• Communicate updates and information to clients as needed
• Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and staff
• Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents
• Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals
• Provide reliable day-to-day administrative support to the legal team
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
