Role Description
The Administrative Staff provides clerical, documentation, and administrative support to the Project Advisory Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This full-time, on-site role involves managing document control, stakeholder coordination, phone communications, and professional handling of inquiries. Additionally, the role includes providing executive-level administrative assistance, organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and tracking project-related expenses and administrative costs to support the effective delivery of advisory services.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of any four (4)-year course.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative or office support experience in similar roles, with exposure to basic accounting or expense monitoring functions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and tools, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in Excel-based expense tracking. Knowledge of basic accounting processes is an advantage.
- Core Competencies: Strong skills in executive administrative assistance, schedule management, and task prioritization to ensure efficient office processes.
- Other Requirements: Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Filipino) with strong phone etiquette. Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work with minimal supervision.
