Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to focus on data governance solutions for enterprise customers or customers across industry to manage their data estates.
Key projects: This role will contribute to team support, calendar management, travel management, event coordination, & specialist projects assigned.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% meetings 40% team support, 50% admins tasks.

Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with no admin experience will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain admin experience, project coordination experience, prior MSFT experience.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and feedback from others.

Ordering equipment
Ordering SAW machines
EC is employee central and HRInsights is where the team pull team data, mainly for updating Security Groups.
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned
