Administrative Assistant

Entry-Level Position | Minneapolis, MN

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a growing international team? As an Administrative Assistant at Asyril, you’ll play a key role in supporting our North American operations, customer service, marketing, training sessions, and events while collaborating closely with our small, dynamic team.

Your Role:

  • Support daily operations by processing orders, organizing shipments, and coordinating returns.
  • Assist with customer support and help route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in organizing customer and partner training sessions in the US.
  • Process and follow up on incoming sales leads.
  • Maintain our customer and sales databases.
  • Help organize US events and tradeshows, including occasional on-site participation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements within North America for US and Switzerland-based staff.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks based on business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2-year associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant administrative or customer support experience (internships and co-op experiences count!). Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A customer-focused, reliable, and independent team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with any CRM or ERP software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (French and/or Spanish are a plus).
