Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and organizational efficiency across the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries about products and orders
• Process sales orders, invoices, and returns
• File rebates with equipment vendors
• Maintain and update customer records and order information
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock levels, and reordering golf equipment and accessories
• Coordinate with suppliers, salesman for incoming and outgoing orders
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer activity
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Assist walk-in customers with basic questions and direct them to sales staff
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) SharePoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
• Basic communication skills
• Computer input
• Customer service experience
Work Environment
• Typically, office-based
• Standard business hours, 7am-4 pm Monday- Friday with occasional flexibility required
Compensation
• Hourly rate based on experience
