Location: 4025 Delridge Way SW, Suite 250 Seattle, WA

Job Summary:

Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes

Open, sort and scan incoming mail

Scanning, saving, filing documents

Stocking paper

Opening & sorting through returned mail

Watering office plants

Other miscellaneous office tasks

Qualifications:

Extremely detail-oriented

Fast-paced work style

Uses time efficiently

Checks for mistakes

Intermediate level concepts, principles, and practices of providing administrative support

Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe

Typing speed of 40 WPM

Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment

Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of general administrative support experience required

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
