As we expand, we need an experienced, friendly and engaging Administration Assistant. This pivotal role will help drive operational and client service excellence and support our team’s success.
What You’ll Do:
Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services
Reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls
Supporting the client services and marketing team where needed
Management and preparation of correspondence
Collect and disseminate information in a timely and accurate manner
Support in the organisation of meetings and events
Maintain records and/or files and ensure appropriate documentation is timely and accurate; and
General office duties
About You:
You are an enthusiastic and vibrant individual who can adapt to all situations. You love teamwork, providing the best customer service and continuously learning. You thrive in a busy environment and want to work in a rapidly growing organisation. You will also ideally have:
Certificate in Business Administration (or equivalent)
Proven skills in customer service
Ability to adapt and problem-solve
Generally tech-savvy with proactive nature
A keen interest in accounting and/or finance
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Programs – Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience in social media management is an advantage
Driver’s licence and vehicle would be an advantage
