Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Dublin. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office tasks and provide support for executives and team members. Responsibilities include responding to phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining and organising office files, involvement in head office communications

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and general Clerical Skills for managing daily office tasks
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to engage professionally with clients and team members
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting leadership and management
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
