We're a growing team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as you ramp up and take on more responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
–Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence
–Helping track and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
–Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests
–Supporting internal people operations and admin tasks (onboarding logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.)
–Generally keeping things moving — flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands
You'll be a great fit if you:
–Are highly organized and proactive — you notice the small stuff before it becomes a problem
–Communicate clearly and professionally in writing
–Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged
–Are comfortable juggling recurring tasks and one-off requests across multiple tools
–Treat sensitive/HR-adjacent information with discretion
Nice to have:
–Prior experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or operations support
–Familiarity with state business compliance (registered agent services, annual reports, etc.)
–Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and standard HRIS platforms
–Background supporting small or remote-first teams
Hours & Schedule:
–Part-time to start (flexible on exact hours/week — we'll discuss)
–Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
–Long-term opportunity to grow into a full-time role
