Full Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Department: Operations

Reports To: Community Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, meeting agendas, and correspondence.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

Use designated software required for booking and rental management.

Collect and checks where applicable.

Ensure customer service and satisfaction.

Track important deadlines, compliance items, and reporting dates.

Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and trainings.

Support regional audits, inspections, and operational reviews.

Follow up with vendors and ensure timely document submissions.

Assist with onboarding and document collection for new employees.

Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive resident and employee data.

Provide regular administrative updates to the Community Manager.

Performs other duties, as needed.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
