Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Google and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the use of relevant office equipment
  • Able to follow directions
  • Possesses Standard First Aid certificate
  • Meets the physical requirements of the position.

Duties/Responsibilities

Duties are performed under the supervision of the Head of School or designate

  • Compiles and processes daily attendance
  • Processes incoming and outgoing correspondence and other material
  • Performs telephone and reception duties
  • Prepares a variety of correspondence and other necessary material
  • Responds to student/parent/staff needs as directed
  • Assists with school community events
  • Student supervision as required
  • Creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
  • Follows proper work procedures, observes all regulations pertinent to the work, maintains a good working relationship with other employees and cooperates in maintaining a healthy learning and working environment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Salary: $38,000 – $44,000 depending on relevant experience
