The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative and operational activities essential to the management of JBHM Architecture’s Jackson, MS office.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Newforma, and other similar project management software
Degree in business administration or another related degree
Experience working in a professional services firm preferred

Here’s What You’ll Do

Preparation of documents related to bids and contracts
Set up and maintain projects on an in-house project management system
Independently handle moderately complex administrative activities under general direction and support of office leadership
Track and input data for assigned projects
Prepare, receive, and distribute various office reports
Answer inquiries from staff, vendors or clients, and communicate with project managers

Manage files, emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence, provide support to staff & perform other office management duties as assigned
