Administrative Assistant W2 Contract

Salary Range

: $72,800 – $83,200 per year

Cupertino, CA – Hybrid Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support, including daily calendar management for leaders. Assist with office moves and reconfiguration, including space planning. Manage and maintain lockdown spaces, conference room calendar, and facilities requests; manage and order office supplies, snacks, and equipment. Raise purchase requisitions and submit badge access. Coordinate meetings, domestic and international travels, and submit expense reports. Plan, budget, arrange and execute offsites, team building events, and all-hands meetings.

Provide backup support as needed.
