Position: Administrative Assistant (Fort Worth, TX)
Administrative Assistant – Office Support
What You Must Have:
High School Diploma or its equivalent required
Current State Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy
Organized work habits, ability to multi-task with accuracy, and proven attention to detail, with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task in fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skill
Excellent phone skills
Experience with EMR software is a plus

What You Will Do
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls with effective customer service and professional skills
Receive and direct visitors and clients
General clerical duties including, but not limited, to photocopying, fax and mailing
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Retrieve documents from filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Maintain office supply inventories
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Support staff in assigned project-based work
Stock refrigerator with beverages and prepare coffee as needed
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
Participate in all mandatory staff in-services and meetings
Timely submission of all documentation
Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
Performance of other duties as required
