Preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats

Handling queries via phone and email

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms

Arranging mail and courier deliveries

Taking minutes during meetings

Typing letters and reports

Updating records in the company database

Printing and photocopying documents

Ordering and managing office supplies

Maintaining office systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
