ROLE DESCRIPTION
NYC-based hedge fund is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, resourceful, effective communicator with the ability to work well in a high paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage tasks. Time management, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential to this role.
Responsibilities
Phone support for multiple executives
Calendar management for the firm’s President
Assist the Office Manager with ordering as needed, including catering
Maintain and coordinate conference rooms
Meet and greet investors and guests
Assist with office management and office maintenance, including stocking
Prepare excel spreadsheets for expense reports and credit cards
Assist other members of the administrative assistant team as neededÂ
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) and Zoom preferred
Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Trustworthy and maturity to maintain confidential information
Self-starter with team player attitude, who can multi-task and work well independently in a fast-paced environment
