Location: Canton de Genève

We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join an international organization as an Administrative Assistant.

Mission

Coordinate crisis management procedures.

Monitor incoming staff communications and liaise with all second level response areas to resolve evolving issues.

Provide support for document and database management and the preparation of necessary reports.

Support the Senior Advisor with travel planning, event planning and management, procurement and recruitment.

Support the Executive Assistant in the event of a particularly heavy workload or as a back-up during periods of leave.

Perform other related duties as required.

Profile

Excellent command of written and spoken English and French.

Competent user of Microsoft Office applications and the Internet.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and a capacity to present data.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment.
