The office is the pulse of the community. The administrator will keep our community organized by keeping accurate records of the association. This will be done by following established processes and procedures, ensuring all necessary changes are made when owners sell and new residents move in. This position will also answer phone calls and email requests on behalf of the association and it’s residents.
The Office Administrator will work closely with and report to the Property Manager. It’s essential that this candidate is a self starter, can work well on their own, and get along with others while working together.
