A Manhattan-based wellness technology firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of executives. Must have 3+ years of experience within a professional office setting and be incredibly detail oriented. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to go permanent. Experience with G-Suite is a plus!
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Onsite Monday – Friday
Hourly pay rate: $30 – $35/hr
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars for executive leadership team
Organize meetings, travel, conferences and department events
Sort and distribute mail for the executives
Draft communications and respond to regularly occurring requests for information
Schedule virtual and in-person meetings, and help set up conferences and events
Meet and greet guests and escort them to the appropriate meeting rooms
Build and foster relationships with executives, teammates, and internal/external stakeholders
Prepares meeting invites, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
Coordinate travel and creative travel agendas and itineraries
Review incoming communication and prioritize and summarize content
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an administrative role
Experience with G-Suite is preferred
Independent self-starter and driven, with the ability to multitask
Able to handle confidential information with complete discretion
Critical thinker with excellent judgment and ability to provide solutions independently
Excellent communicator with team and executives
Flexible attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task/prioritize
