What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage administrative operations and provide coordinated support for management and teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for human resources actions and ensure compliance with policies
  • Prepare and track evaluations and personnel actions, maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist in budget development and monitor spending plans
  • Attend meetings on behalf of management and represent the agency in various forums

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Five (5) years of equivalent education/experience, or
  • One (1) year as an Administrative Assistant 3, or
  • Two (2) years as an Administrative Assistant 2, or
  • High school diploma or equivalent AND four (4) years of progressively responsible clerical or administrative experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field

  • Proven experience in budget development and financial management
  • Ability to prepare and authorize administrative correspondence
