Job Responsibilities
- Office Environment & Asset Management: Oversee daily office space management and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Manage the ledger registration, inventory, and routine maintenance of office supplies and fixed assets to guarantee the seamless operation of office equipment.
- Meeting & Event Support: Coordinate end-to-end support for regional meetings, training sessions, and online/offline activities. Responsibilities include venue arrangement, equipment debugging, material preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up to ensure the efficient execution of all events.
- Business Reception: Manage business reception for domestic and international clients, headquarters, and cross-regional teams. Handle itinerary coordination, on-site reception, protocol arrangements, and logistical support to uphold the company's professional image.
- Compliance & Documentation: Assist with local business license annual reviews and filings. Responsible for the organization, archiving, and custody of administrative documents, contracts, and files to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- General Administration: Efficiently respond to the daily administrative needs of business teams, handle emergency office affairs, and maintain smooth office operations to provide stable support for front-line business development.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or logistics-related work experience. Experience in multinational companies or overseas settings is a plus.
- Prior experience in the automotive or new energy sectors is highly preferred.
- Professional Capabilities:
- Proven ability to organize meetings and handle business reception, with the capacity to independently manage medium-to-large-scale events.
- Familiarity with office operations and asset management processes, including basic equipment troubleshooting and emergency response.
- Language Skills: English must be usable as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for independent communication, document translation, and business reception. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and ensure zero-error delivery in meetings and reception work.
- Cross-cultural communication skills with an understanding of Middle Eastern cultural customs and business etiquette.
- Proactive service mindset, capable of quickly responding to business team needs and providing efficient, professional administrative support.
