Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses.
Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Compile and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with event planning and coordination as required.
Generate and distribute regular reports to management.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational and legal policies.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other supportive roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with scheduling software and office equipment.
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
