We have branches located in Federal Way, Northgate, Burien, Everett and Bellevue. Job Overview: This is an opportunity for a positive, motivated and experienced team player that is highly detailed. The primary role of this position is to perform as an office administrator to support the needs of the brokers, staff, and ownership of a busy residential real estate office. This full-time position will grow over time in terms of responsibility.

Compensation: $23-30 hr, paid vacation, retirement savings matching program

Candidate Requirements:

2 – 3 years office administration experience preferred

Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams & Adobe

Other helpful skill sets: Social media (Meta, Facebook, Instagram), basic graphic design, Canva, Mailchimp, Teams, Microsoft 360, Google

Detail oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task and dedicated to task completion

Excellent customer service, clear written and verbal communication skills

Upbeat, positive and able to complete a project with minimal direction

Experience in the real estate industry and/or licensed as a real estate broker in the state of WA (if not licensed yet, a willingness to become licensed)

Flexibility to shift priorities quickly when needed, as is common in the real estate industry Willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise

Ability to collaborate with other office administrators, brokers and staff to reach company goals

Responsible for the oversight and completion of weekly activities, including but not limited to…

Assist with daily tasks associated with the office (incoming and outgoing mail, answering incoming calls, directing calls, taking messages, and additional tasks as needed)

Assist with ongoing management of detailed tracking spreadsheets in Excel

Greet, interact and assist brokers, clients, service providers and other guests entering office

Communicate/update/interact with brokers and staff using Outlook to track critical dates for transactions

Review real estate contracts for accuracy, enter and organize them into the designated document storage/database
