We are seeking an administrative professional to provide general office reception to Riverbend’s Administration Team as well as clerical support to the Accounting department and other departments within administration as necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

General reception support, including assisting visitors and scheduling meetings.

Sort and distribute daily incoming agency mail.

Prepare daily bank deposits.

Maintain accurate, signed monthly timesheets to support A-133 audits and ensure proper allocation of time and payroll to federal awards.

Track and manage business card orders and other printed agency materials.

Support the Training Institute by assisting with coordinating logistical and administrative tasks for in-person and virtual training sessions.

Assist Human Resources with a variety of duties related to onboarding new staff and other projects as needed.

Assist Human Resources with credentialing of newly licensed providers to connect them with various insurance panels.

Maintain agency Intranet site.

Oversee the ordering and distribution of supplies for the administration building.

Provide assistance to Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant with varied tasks that support the Senior Leadership Team as needed.

Provide back-up assistance with various projects for the Administrative Team.

Provide support with company events as needed with advance notice.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.

Two years of general office experience is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint is required.

Strong technical skills are required.

Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required.

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle or access to a reasonable alternative preferred.
