Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position will involve a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the smooth functioning of our showroom and office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team member or department

Open and close the showroom during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Maintain inventory of office supplies and marketing materials to ensure everything is fully stocked

Organize the showroom and assist in putting away shipments as they arrive

Coordinate monthly cleaning and landscaping for the showroom to maintain a welcoming and professional environment

Perform various data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Prepare and send warranty paperwork as needed to maintain accurate records

Assist with miscellaneous tasks as requested by the owner, VP, or managers

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and phone etiquette

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment

Prior administrative or office experience is preferred

Willingness to take on various responsibilities
