Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Riyadh. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining executive calendars.
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Coordinate travel arrangements and company events.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Support teams with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with office management software and tools.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
