We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Canoga Park, CA

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping improve efficiency. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

Maintain filing systems and office supplies

Assist in data entry and basic accounting tasks

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation is $28 per hour.

2+ years of administrative or office support experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
