In the role of Administrative Assistant, we’ll count on you to:

Provide administrative functions for office support for staff, phone coverage, mail and shipping handling, scheduling and expense report processing

Greet guests, clients, and company leads with professionalism and a friendly demeanor

Coordinate meeting facilities, prepare meeting materials, and manage logistics

Organize and order office supplies, maintaining an efficient inventory system

Assist in budgeting or handle specific accounting tasks as needed

Type, edit, and organize documents such as reports and forms with attention to grammar and formatting

Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations

Assist in organizing office events and activities, ensuring smooth execution

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Respond to inquiries regarding office policies and procedures

Perform other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills

Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented

Ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
