About QCH Childcare Network (QCCN):
The QCH Childcare Network (QCCN) supports a growing network of licensed family-based childcare providers across Queens. We assist families with enrolling their infants and toddlers in NYC DOE’s Early Learn and 3-K programs, and work to ensure that all affiliated programs deliver high-quality early childhood education, nutritious meals, and meet all regulatory standards. QCCN also leads several grant-funded initiatives that empower historically marginalized communities and promote positive maternal-child health outcomes.

Position Overview:
QCCN is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedAdministrative Associate to support critical operational activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and experience managing data systems in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate child and provider data across multiple platforms, including WES, Sofcare, CAPS Online, and Airtable.

Generate reports for internal tracking and external reporting; support timely and accurate provider payroll processing.

Manage financial documentation, including invoice and receipt submissions via Doc Link, and support family fee collection and reporting.

Communicate with affiliated providers regarding data accuracy, compliance, and payment eligibility; flag issues such as excessive child absences or missing documentation to the leadership team.

Maintain organized electronic filing systems and support the adoption of new technologies.

Review vendor documentation for completeness and provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree required; relevant administrative experience strongly preferred.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Teams, and Zoom.

NYC DOE PETS clearance required.

Schedule & Work Environment:

Full-time: 35 hours per week (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM); schedule may vary based on program needs.

Primarily in-person at the QCCN office in Forest Hills, with limited remote work possible upon approval.
