We are looking for an experienced Admissions Assistant to play a key role in the administrative aspects of our institution. The successful candidate will assist with the development and implementation of a wide range of policies and programs related to the maintenance and upkeep of our institution’s facilities, as well as the coordination of strategic planning efforts and the creation of budgets.

Responsibilities:

Take phone calls from prospective students inquiring about the admissions procedure.

Answer e-mail from prospective students inquiring about the admissions procedure.

Take notes at meetings related to the admissions procedure.

Have detailed knowledge of the process for applying for admission to the school.

Plan events for prospective students and their families interested in learning more about the school.

Communicate with other departments within the school related to the admissions procedure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
