Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Manage executive tasks for completion and schedule follow up actions
Schedule client calls for executive and provide necessary meeting invites and materials to participating parties
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Create and update presentations for clients
Update spreadsheets, reports and other documents
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and team initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
