Responsibilities
To perform secretarial and other related clerical duties for a manager and department.
Must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training.
Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment.
Must successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable.
Must work varying shifts based on business needs, with schedule Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 AM.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- College Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Secretarial Studies
- Business experience (1 year minimum)
- Microsoft Word – Basic
- Microsoft Excel – Basic
- Microsoft PowerPoint – Basic
- Typing – 50 words per minute (net)
- Bilingual (French and English) if residing in Quebec
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and driving record with two or fewer violations in the past 24 months (if driving is a core competency)
Pay and Benefits
Position: PFT – Temporary contract for 12 months.
Shift schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM start.
