Duration : 12 months with possible extension

Schedule : 8.00AM to 12.00PM : Monday to Friday (Part-time)

Position Description

  • Operates high-volume copying, printing, and finishing equipment.
  • Fulfills jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processes.
  • Sets up and maintains machines and inventory of supplies.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems.
  • Performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste.
  • Prepares finished documents for pick up or shipping.
  • Records activities in applicable work order tracking systems and follows standard procedures.
  • May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
  • Will cross train with other positions on team such as mail delivery and mail equipment.

Experience Required

Applicant needs to have computer skills with trouble shooting abilities. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency Computer with Windows operating system

Experience Preferred

Two (2) years of office support experience operating general office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (required)

Education Required

High School Diploma or GED
