Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules and calendars for team members.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and facilities.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
