We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced, collaborative leadership team. The right candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and capable of operating with sound judgment and autonomy while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage expense reimbursements and assist with expense reporting (Concur experience is a plus)
  • Coordinate office logistics including ordering supplies, organizing weekly office lunches, and assisting with company events
  • Help manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination as needed
  • Take ownership of projects and execute tasks independently
  • Serve as a dependable, high-visibility partner who can anticipate needs and proactively remove tasks from leadership’s plate

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Someone who comes from a collaborative, team-oriented workplace with an “all hands on deck” mentality
  • Event experience – ordering catering for in-house corporate lunches
  • Experience working with a large, corporate admin team strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and business maturity
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid schedule and shifting priorities
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness
  • Energetic, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
