Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting finance and analytical tasks. The role will involve regular

communication

with team members and clients, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties

also include preparing documentation, conducting research, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist with basic inquiries professionally.

Make outbound collection calls with sensitivity and persistence.

Draft, format, and proofread business letters, emails, and internal documents.

Support the administrative team with daily operational tasks.

Handle client

communication

and accuracy.

Maintain organized records and update internal systems as needed.

Perform other administrative and

communication

-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent

communication skills

.

Prior experience of 2+ Years in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role (preferred).

Strong organizational skills with

attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Trello and other common software tools.

Comfortable handling business

communication

, including collection calls.

Ability to work during U.S. business hours consistently.

Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive approach to

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting teams remotely.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call management tools.
