Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Rabdan area, Abu Dhabi. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by performing administrative tasks, managing phone communications, handling clerical duties, and assisting the executive team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, parents and staff.

Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries in a courteous and timely manner.

Managing student admissions and maintaining accurate records and databases.

Supporting the Principal with calendar management, meetings and confidential correspondence.

Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations with attention to detail.

Supporting compliance efforts, including policy documentation and regulatory updates.

Assisting with digital communications and social media coordination as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent administrative qualification.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Confidence using digital platforms and basic social media tools.

Experience in an educational or nursery setting is an advantage.
