POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with team and clients to manage all client service needs – addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate client records and reporting
Complete, submit, and track insurance paperwork
Manage service-related tasks for client insurance policies
Prepare advisor for each meeting
Manage our client data system (CRM), including organization, client notes, reports, and future activities
Maintain and update advisor website
Assist with marketing materials as necessary
Consult with Home Office on complex transactions
Handle a high volume of correspondence
Manage all calendar needs
Tasks and Projects as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- REQUIRED

Enjoys a fast paced environment
High degree of organizational skills and prioritizes well
Excellent interpersonal skills
Quick, effective communicator with teammates and clients both verbal and written
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- RECOMMENDED
Hold an active Life, Accident & Health license
A bachelor’s degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
