Role Overview
As Administrative Assistant to the leadership team at Ctrl Alt, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, managing priorities, and helping the team focus on high-impact work. You’ll be right at the heart of the executive team, working behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Scheduling meetings both internal and external as required and providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations
Promoting Ctrl Alt’s culture and bringing new ideas to the team
Support project management tasks and help track deliverables, deadlines, and action items
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them
About You
Experience in assisting and supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech start-up
Clear organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Background in booking complex business travel
Highly efficient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders
Strong proficiency with G-Suite, Slack and MacOS
Comfortable working 5 days a week from the London office for hands-on support
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
