Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, supporting daily operations of the club’s administrative office. This role manages phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring courteous and timely responses for members, guests, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records and files, preparing correspondence and basic reports, and supporting executive and management staff with clerical and administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant also assists with data entry, document preparation, and coordination of office supplies, while helping to ensure smooth communication across departments and a professional front-office presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting managers or leadership with calendars, meeting coordination, and confidential information.
- Ability to use office software and tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling systems).
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Customer service mindset and professionalism in a member- or guest-focused environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, country club, or similar setting is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in office administration is a plus.
