  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to advisors.
  • Prepare and organize client documents.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Process mail and office correspondence.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist with data entry and filing.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
  • Support daily office operations and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality practices.
