- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Process mail and office correspondence.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with data entry and filing.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
