Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, supporting daily office operations and leadership teams within a hospitality-focused environment. This role manages calendars, schedules meetings, organizes travel logistics, and prepares routine reports and correspondence. The Administrative Assistant handles phone calls and email communication, greets visitors, and ensures a professional, well-organized front office experience. Responsibilities include maintaining records and files, managing office supplies, supporting document preparation and data entry, and assisting with coordination of internal meetings and stakeholder visits. The role requires consistent, reliable support to executive and operations leaders, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and responsive service to internal and external contacts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and courteous interaction with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential support for leadership.

- High attention to detail, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
