We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Duties

Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents

Manage office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records

Assist with customer support inquiries via phone and email

Utilize computer skills for data entry and maintaining databases

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Support office management in various administrative tasks

Qualifications

Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred

Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 – $12.45 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
