Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across teams
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reports
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Maintain office supplies and manage vendor coordination (if on-site)
Assist with onboarding new employees and internal
communication
Organize and maintain digital files, records, and contact databases
Support
leadership
or department heads with ad hoc tasks and confidential matters
Help plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and team activities
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in administrative, office management, or operations support roles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Strong communication skills
, both written and verbal
Discretion and
professionalism
when handling sensitive information
A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
senior leadership
or
cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Notion, or Trello
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience
