Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is assisting an Oil and Gas client in North East Houston who is urgently hiring an experienced and detail oriented Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting the busy department. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities
Must have strong Excel skills and will be required to test on Excel capabilities.
Understand and utilize pivot tables effectively.
Knowledge of vertical look-ups is necessary.
Conduct thorough research with a strong attention to detail.
Adapt to working in a busy department.
Ideally, have experience in research or reporting roles.
Possess good math skills.
Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach in all tasks.
Efficiently respond to emails.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vertical look-ups.
Familiarity with SAP reporting is a plus.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Details
The pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
